RATIONALE: Botswana is a mining country and there is a need for training in mine specific SHE training suited for the Botswana Mine safety environment. To effect Mine rescue is way different from general rescue. It requires a rescuer who is acquainted with the mining environment. This course therefore seeks to empower the learner with mine specific training in order to suitably contribute to the health and safety of our miners.
