In this Process the Candidate will get the required skills related to their course so they can get placed and can be trained according to real time Environment & Industry Standards.

Practical Exposure

As these courses are related to skill development, hence COFS will give more emphasis on Practical Training and those trainings will meet the Industry Standards to ensure that the Trained Candidate gets the required Skills to get the Job.

Assessment And Certification

After completing the two phases the candidate will get assessed By COFS and the candidates clearing the Theory as well as Practical Exam will get certified.

Need of Fire & Safety Education

The country is a mining hub and has to take a leadership role in safety. Currently the country has a still growing safety industry, majority of practitioners are general safety practitioners. The legislative instruments that are supposed to ensure and promote safety are still lacking.There is still room for technical safety skills such as Fire investigators, Engineers, Auditors and the like. The risk of fire in the general industry is still relatively high, hence the need for robust fire safety and prevention training programs. Many accidents and incidents can still be prevented and training is a tried and tested method of managing these, As a career Fire and Safety are relevant career paths which are fulfilling.
