RATIONALE: After every fire incident, the cause of the fire must be established and to do this, highly trained and knowledgeable personnel must be made available. For future incidents to be prevented and lessons to be derived the root cause and sometimes motive has got to be determined. This course eventually helps even insurance companies with an informed decision to provide compensation.
